The primary objective of the Journal is to contribute to the body of legal knowledge in the fields of entrepreneurship and business through publication of a high quality and professional periodical. The Journal achieves this goal through a unique approach, combining the traditional legal print journal with a dynamic online forum fostering a sophisticated interdisciplinary exploration of the legal issues pertaining to business and entrepreneurship. The Journal publishes two issues per year, one each fall and spring semester, containing articles from judges, lawyers, law professors and other academics as well as student authored notes and comments in the field of entrepreneurship and business law. Additionally, the Journal seeks host symposia in the fields of entrepreneurship and business, and will publish resulting symposia issues.
