Additional Info: The Revista Justica do Direito (Journal Justice of Law) is a free access publication of the Faculty of Law of the University of Passo Fundo. The journal is directed to the publication of unpublished works of professors and students of the Graduate Programs in Law from institutions of Brazil and abroad. Its objective is to disseminate scientific papers, research results, related to the editorial lines of the journal: Constitutional Jurisdiction and Democracy; and Social Relations and Dimensions of Power. Publication of papers is subject to double blind peer review and subject to publication standards. The reviewers are all national (Brazilian) and international Ph.D, Sc.D. or J.D. The journal is peer-edited. Currently it is classified in stratum A1 (highest) Qualis-Capes Law in Brazil.
