Additional Info: The Oxford University Commonwealth Law Journal is a forum created by the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford for discussion of legal topics of interest throughout the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth jurisdictions mostly share a common law legal tradition and a parliamentary political tradition. In important ways the Commonwealth jurisdictions are growing apart, but their shared legal history means that there continues to be considerable potential for cross-fertilisation. The OUCLJ aims to foster the exchange of fresh ideas about the law, and debate over its future development, between members of this international community.
