Additional Info: At BTLJ, our mission is to publish the most cutting edge and insightful scholarship possible at the intersection of law and technology. In addition to the traditional BTLJ print journal, we are introducing our new, online-only publication, called BTLJ Commentaries. The subject matter of BTLJ Commentaries will remain unchanged from our print journal. The goal of this new publication will be to publish shorter pieces of approximately 1500 to 3000 words on an accelerated timeline. This will enable authors to discuss topics in a more timely way, provoke discussion, and respond to new developments in both scholarship and current events, all in a quicker, more streamlined format.
