Services to prepare and implement a ten-year plan

United States population, to support research on,
and development of, nutrition monitoring, to foster
national nutrition education and to establish
dietary guidelines, as introduced by Mr. De La
Garza et. al., and referred to the House
Agriculture Committee, 101st Congress, March 23,
1989.
