SS 401 - 681 (Supp. IV, 1938)] was repealed, and re-enacted as amended by the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, 72 Stat. 731 (1958) [codified as 49 UiS.C. SS 1301 - 1542 (1958)]. 1) Public Law 75-706 as approved June 23, 1938, ch. 601, 52 Stat. 973 (1938). 2) Civil Aeronautics Act of 1938, 49 U.S.C. SS 401-681 (Supp. IV, 1938). 3) Civil Aeronautics Act as repealed by P.L. 85-726, 49 U.S.C. SS 401-722 (1970).
