NOTE: President Ford vetoed H.R. 5247 on
February 13, 1976; the House over-
rode this veto on February 19, 1976,
however the Senate sustained the
veto the same day. On July 6, 1976,
the President once again vetoed
S.3201 a reworked version of
,M.R. 5247, both the Senate and
the House overrode this second
veto on July 21 and 22, 1976,
respectively.
