To extend the period during which the Council of the District of Columbia is
prohibited from revising the criminal laws of the District.
Be it enacted by the Senate and Hou8e of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled, That paragraph (9) D. C.
of section 602(a) of the District of Columbia Self-Government and  Council.
