To amend the Clean Air Act to provide for attainment and
maintenance of health protective national ambient air qual-
ity standards, and for other purposes.

that follows through line 23, page 587 and inserting in lieu
thereof the following:
1 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE AND TABLE OF CONTENTS.
2       This Act may be cited as the Clean Air Act Amend-
3 ments of 1989.
