Call Me 'Queen Bee'
Queen Bee Syndrome describes professional women who bully, undermine or sabotage
other women in the workplace because they are jealous, feel threatened by the presence
of other women or are seeking to maintain their authority by denigrating others. It can
create a hostile work environment that constitutes severe or pervasive harassment.
