Nichole LeClair is a Research Fellow with the Atlantic Emerging Technologies & Industrial Hygiene Training Center and an MPH graduate of the CUNY School of Public Health. This study was supported by the Temple University Center for Health Law, Policy & Practice and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Policy Surveillance Program.
