I.  EXAMINING THE WEBSITES OF CRIMINAL
    DEFENCE LAWYERS

 David  Luban  suggests that [l]awyers are the primary administrators of
 the rule of law, the point of contact between citizens and their legal
 system. For many  citizens the portal for that point of contact will be
 the Internet-the  law firm websites that they find when first confronted
 with  the need to hire a lawyer.2 Particularly for those seeking criminal
