Assistant Editors-in-Chief, to succeed Miss Violet Gang and Messrs. Richard

COMMENTS
CONSTITUTIONAL LAW-BANKRUPTCY-FRAZIER-LEmiKE AMENDMENT.
-Among the national measures taken by the present administration to aid
distressed farmers was the passage by Congress of an amendment to the
National Bankruptcy Act.' This amendment, known as Section 75, provided
for compositions and extensions; but proved inadequate, in that consent of
'Act of June 28, 1934, c.869, 48 Stat.at L. 1289, 11 U.S.C. §203.
