THE NEW YORK JOURNAL OF LAW & LIBERTY is devoted to the critical discussion of classical
liberal legal scholarship. The Journal publishes articles and essays addressing theories of
rights and liberty, constitutional law, legislation, and the nature of rules and order from a
variety of perspectives, including those of legal philosophy, law and economics, and legal
history.

SUBMISSIONS

The New York University Journal of Law & Liberty accepts unsolicited articles and essays of
any length. Please footnote only when doing so is necessary or helpful, using standard
Bluebook format. The Journal prefers electronic submissions in Word format, emailed to:

SUBSCRIPTIONS

For domestic addresses, subscriptions are $30 per year ($28 for agents) or $10 per issue.
Foreign subscriptions are $36 per year ($34 for agents). Postage is included. Subscription
requests should be sent with payment (check made payable to New York University) to
NYU JLL SUBSCRIPTIONS at the above address. Individual issues and microfilm editions
of prior volumes may also be obtained directly from William S. Hein & Co., Inc., 1285 Main
Street, Buffalo, NY 14209-1987, but may not be offered at standard prices.
