Several printing and copyediting errors were made  in processing the tables
and  text for The Ironies of Human Resource Mobilization by R. S. Oropesa
(Fall 1995). The correct versions of Tables 3 and 4 are printed here in their
entirety. The following other errors should be noted:

   * P. 235, authorship should read R. S. Oropesa instead of Sal R. Oropesa.
   * P. 237, line 35, p. 238, lines 3-10, p. 240, line 28 and 39, the word solidary
     should replace solidarity.
   * P. 240, Line 11, should read, are also provided in the tables for reference.
   * P. 241, Table 1, lines 11 and 12, should read general agreement on most
     issues, with occasional disagreement or disagreement on all or almost
     all issues.
   * P. 241, Table 1, lines 24 and 25, should read Some organizations employ
     various strategies to boost community spirit and let other people know
     about the area.
   * P. 241, Table 1, line 30, should read the boundaries of this area, such as
     a 'welcome to this community' sign?
