SECTION OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT LAW OF THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION o 750 NORTH LAKE SHORE DRIVE, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS 60611

Segal and Clauss Take Office

McCalla and Mazurak Designated

At the August 1989 Annual Meeting in Honolulu,
Herbert Lee Segal of Louisville, Kentucky, who had
been elected Chair-Elect the year before in To-
ronto, took office as Chair of the Section; Professor
Carin Clauss of the University of Wisconsin School
of Law in Madison, who had been previously des-
ignated Secretary-Elect of the Section, became Sec-

tion Secretary; Robert K. McCalla of New Orleans
was elected Chair-Elect; and Professor Stephen A.

The driving theme during 1989-1990 will be edu-
cation and innovation with a domestic and inter-
national tilt.
  Because previous chairs
have accomplished so much
in publications and video-
tapes, these projects are now
almost self-propelling. The
publications now available or
in process are:
