The Effects of the Courtroom Context on Children's
Memory and Anxiety
The authors present a study of 81 eight- to ten-year-olds who par-
ticipated in a staged event to test stress and memory. Results are
presented, including whether there was impaired memory perfor-
mance because the event took place in a courtroom.
