B, also a stranger, comes into your law office and you agree to represent him on an unrelated matter. During the course of your representation, B tells you that he committed the crime for which A is currently serving his life sentence. After some probing questions on the matter you reasonably believe that B is telling the truth and he is the one who did the crime. B refuses to voluntarily disclose this information.'
