necessarily those of the International Bar Association.

Volume 21 No 4 of the Journal of Energy & Natural Resources Law, published in November 2003
was a special issue of the journal, devoted to the theme of International Energy Trade. The Editors
of this special issue were Dr Melaku Geboye Desta and Simonetta Zarrilli. Unfortunately these
details were left off the front cover of the issue. The IBA extends a sincere apology to Dr Desta and
Ms Zarrilli and regrets any embarrassment caused. Both the IBA and the Managing Editor of the
Journal of Energy & Natural Resources Law, Professor Thomas Wilde, are most grateful to Dr Desta
and Ms Zarrilli for their editorship of this issue.
