  * Humaid Alshamsi is a founding partner of ABH Aerospace, LLC, and is
Legal Counsel to the Dubai World Central Corporation, where he provides legal
services for an emerging 145 square kilometer master-planned city that includes
aviation and logistic districts alongside the world's biggest airport-in-the-making
(Al Maktoum International Airport). Prior to this position, Mr. Alshamsi was the
first lawyer to work for the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), where
he was involved in a number of legislations related to aviation, such as the Civil
Aviation Law, GCAA's Establishment Law, and the Advance Passenger
Information Law. He has also served as a member of the Commission of Experts
of the Supervisory Authority of the International Registry (CESAIR) under the
UN International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). He completed his
Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sharjah, UAE and is earning his LL.M. in
Air and Space Law from McGill University.
  ** Roy Balleste is a founding partner of ABH Aerospace, LLC and Professor of
Law and Law Library Director at St. Thomas University School of Law, Miami
Gardens, Florida, USA. He teaches internet governance policy and cybersecurity
policy. He has focused his research on suborbital flights, cybersecurity in outer
space, and the intersection of military activities and internet governance policy.
Professor Balleste is also a member of the International Institute of Space Law
(IISL) and a member of its Cyberspace Law Working Group. He has a doctorate
degree (J.S.D.) cum laude and LL.M. cum laude in Intercultural Human Rights
(internet governance), and is earning his LL.M. in Air and Space Law from
McGill University.
  *** Michelle Hanlon is a founding partner of ABH Aerospace, LLC and co-
founder of For All Moonkind, Inc. She has been in private practice for more than
twenty years, focusing on the relationship between law and emerging and
evolving technologies-specifically, commercial space and the intersection of
commerce and public law. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Yale
College, herJ.D. magna cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center,
and is earning her LL.M. in Air and Space Law from McGill University.
