The current issue brings various interesting topics and literally, makes the in- terdisciplinary piece in every sense. The represented fields are law and econ- omy, the authors are domestic and foreign, and the topics discussed concerns national and international problems. The publishers of the INTEREULAWEAST Journal are orga- nizing the 3rd International Conference on European Company Law and Cor- porate Governance, which will take place in Zagreb on December 6-7 2018. The Conference will gather leading researches and experts in the field of com- pany law and corporate governance, as well as students and young scholars.
