Arbitration Court
Commences Operations

E arlier this year the St. Petersburg International
Commercial Arbitration Court (the Court)
commenced operations. This marked the culmi-
nation of over three years of efforts by Russian
and American jurists and government officials, together
with valuable supporting efforts by the U.S.
Consulate in St. Petersburg, the St. Peters-
burg International Business Association, and,  The C
