Wilco de Jonge is the Director of Press Now, a Netherlands-based NGO that supports independent media in transition countries and conflict regions. Bernhard Knoll has worked in various positions in the OSCE Missions in Bosnia and Kosovo. He is currently Special Advisor to the Director of the OSCE Office of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in Warsaw. Aaron Rhodes is the Executive Director of the International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights. Bernard Snoy is the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities OSCE secretariat Vienna. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Director of the Economic Dimension in the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe.
