Vahram Abadjian was involved in the diplomatic service of Armenia as
Director of the International Organizations Department, MFA, and as
Ambassador to the United Kingdom. He has served on various OSCE missions
and is currently Deputy Head of the OSCE Office in Minsk.
Arie Bloed is Former Executive Director of the Constitutional and Legal
Policy Institute (COLPI), Budapest.
Olivier Brenninkmeijer is a researcher and project manager at the United
Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR). He also teaches cross-
sectoral public policy, conflict prevention and history at the University of
Business and International Studies, Geneva.
John de Fonblanque is the Director at the office of the High Commissioner on
National Minorities of the OSCE. He was Head of the UK Delegation to the
OSCE from 1999-2003.
Kees Homan is a Major General (ret) RNLMC, senior research fellow at the
Netherlands Institute of International Relations 'Clingendael' in The Hague,
former Director of the Netherlands Defense College.
Wilco de Jonge is the Director of Press Now, a Netherlands-based NGO that
supports independent media in transition countries and conflict regions.
Bernhard Knoll has worked in various positions in the OSCE Missions in
Bosnia and Kosovo. He is currently Special Advisor to the Director of the OSCE
Office of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in Warsaw.
Aaron Rhodes is the Executive Director of the International Helsinki
Federation for Human Rights.
Bernard Snoy is the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental
Activities OSCE secretariat Vienna. He has been a Member of the Board of
Directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and
Director of the Economic Dimension in the Stability Pact for South Eastern
Europe.
