including zip codes. Unless a claim is made for non-receipt of issues within six months
of the mailing date, the Journal cannot be held responsible for supplying those issues
without charge. Single issues may be purchased through the subscriptions office.

  The Journal welcomes unsolicited submission of articles, as well as student notes,
book reviews, and comments. Electronic submissions are preferred, and we request
documents in Microsoft Word where possible. To ensure prompt review of a submission,
please email it to genderjournal@law.georgetown.edu and indicate in the subject line,
New Submission -Author's Last Name. Paper submissions should be accompanied by
a .doc or .pdf file on a CD. As a matter of policy, the Journal encourages the use of
gender-neutral language. Once received, original manuscripts can only be returned if
accompanied by return envelope with sufficient postage. Please address manuscripts to
the Senior Articles Editor at the above address.
  In accordance with the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title
IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973,
and the implementing regulations promulgated under each of these federal statutes,
