     Grand Jury at Elkins, West Virginia, on June 20, 1928, for conspiracy to
     violate the National Motor Vehicle Theft Act, it being alleged, as Overt
     Act No. 15, that on or about the twelf th day of December 1927 they trans-
     ported a Ford Coupe automobile, stolen at Frederick, Maryland, to Mar-  1g~x
     tinsburg, West Virginia. On November 20, 1928, the Federal Grand Jury
   ft at Elkins, West Virginia, returned an indictment in forty-seven counts,
     charging Harry I. Spielman and others with violation of the National
     Motor Vehicle Theft Act. Harry . Spielman is the subject of Identi-
     fication Order No. 1321, issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
