BOOK, CHAPTER, AND VERSE: THE RISE AND RISE
OF THE FREEDOM OF CONSCIENCE MOVEMENT
            POST- WINDSOR AND OBERGEFELL

CAN VIABLE COMPROMISES BE FOUND BETWEEN LGBT
RIGHTS AND LEGITIMATE RELIGIOUS EXPRESSION? OR WILL
ADVANCES IN RELIGIOUS LIBERTY BE AT THE EXPENSE OF
                  THE LGBT AND VICE VERSA?

                       Martina E. Cartwright*

[N]either may ... unduly restrict other persons ... in protecting their own
