Tras realizar un recorrido sobre los diversos aspectos tratados, se cierra con un análisis de las más recientes resoluciones donde se analiza el papel del probate y de los legal representatíves en las sucesiones abiertas en España. Palabras clave: Reglamento UE 650/2015, Derecho inglés, sucesiones internacionales, nacionales británicos. Abstract: This paper addresses the various issues that have been analyzed by the General Directorate of Registers and Notaries since the application of Regulation 650/2012 on August 17th 2015 regarding the succession of British citizens in Spain. After making a tour of the various aspects discussed, the article closes with an analysis of the most recent resolutions, where is particularly analyzed the role of probate and legal representatives in the successions that have been opened in Spain.
