Editor's Corner

The Annual Meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Academy of
Legal Studies in Business was held on March 22-23, 2001,
at the Sheraton Hotel in Norfolk, Virginia. The Annual
Meeting was attended by approximately thirty-two faculty
and students. The academic program included papers on
teaching, employment, constitutional, curriculum
development, civil procedures, tort, intellectual property,
environmental, accountant liability and corporate law.
From the papers presented, ten were submitted for double-
blind review. Fifty percent were accepted for publication
in the Atlantic Law Journal (ALJ).

We give special thanks to Program Chair James E.
Holloway for planning the academic program. We give a
special thanks to West Publishing and Prentice-Hall for
their generous support of the 2001 Annual Meeting.

The 2002 Annual Meeting will be held in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania on March 23-24, 2002. Please join us in
Philadelphia. We encourage all ALSB members and other
professors and professionals to participate. We will have
paper presentations and a great luncheon. We look
forward seeing you in Philadelphia.

The ALJ is refereed journal. The ALJ is listed in CABELL'S
DIRECTORY OF PUBLISHING OPPORTUNITIES IN
MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING. We encourage all readers
to prepare and submit manuscripts for publication in the
Atlantic Law Journal.
