physician and the witness to euthanasia. It shall be
attached to the petitioner's death certificate after
the euthanization.
 5             A physician who renders assistance in the termina-
tion of life, in good faith, pursuant to a court order
as provided in  4 is immune from criminal and civil
liability. A physician who renders such assistance
pursuant to a court order as provided in section 4 is
presumed to be acting in good faith.
 6             Except for the assisted termination of life as pre-
scribed by the provisions of the Act, all criminal and
civil laws are preserved.
 7             The death of a person effected pursuant to the provi-
sions of this Act shall be deemed a natural death.
