Lieutenant Colonel Joshua E. Kastenberg (B.A., University of California, Los Angeles
(1990); J.D., Marquette University (1996); LL.M, Georgetown University (2003)) is
the Staff Judge Advocate, 332d Air Expeditionary Wing, Balad Air Base, Iraq. Prior to
his current assignment, he served as the Staff Judge Advocate, Joint Task Force-Global
Network Operations, a standing joint task force under the command of United States
Strategic Command. Under the Unified Command Plan, it is the sole cyber-defense
operational command for the Department of Defense. He is a member of the Wisconsin
Bar.
