11 Historia Constitucional [i] (2010)

handle is hein.cow/historia2010 and id is 1 raw text is: PRESENTACION

(Espana, Portugal, Italia y Francia), tres a lberoambrica (Argentina, Brasil y
cordial bienvenida.

In this new issue of Historia Constitucional readers will find none other
than fifteen studies: eight of them deal with Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal,
Italy and France), three of them deal with Latin America (Argentina, Brasil and
Mexico), two of them deal with England and United States of America, and
finally the last two deal with Philippines and China. There is also a Note about
Peruvian Constitutional Thought and four reviews about very different subjects.
Such content shows the international vocation of Historia Constitucional,
which is increased through the comparative perspective used in some of the
studies aforesaid, and the full adaptation of Historia Constitucional to the
global world we live in, also from an academic point of view.
There is another proof of such an international vocation: three eminent
professors who deal with constitutional history have been included in our
Scientific Advisory Board. One of them is from U.S., Professor George W.
Carey (from Georgetown University), other from Germany, Professor Michael
Stolleis (from Frankfurt am Main University) and the third new member is from
U.K, Professor M. J. C. Vile (from Kent University). I would like to welcome
them.
