                                         PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

                      H.R. 4727, the Department of Homeland Security Mentor-
                    Prot6g6 Program Act of 2019, encourages large business prime
                    contractors to mentor small businesses to help position them to ef-
                    fectively compete for future federal government contracts.
