  The Committee on Energy and Commerce, to whom was referred
the bill (H.R. 1781) to amend titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Se-
curity Act to provide the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission
and the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission with
access to certain drug payment information, including certain re-
bate information, having considered the same, report favorably
thereon with an amendment and recommend that the bill as
amended do pass.
