                          Mr. DEFAZIO, from the Committee on Transportation and
                                   Infrastructure, submitted the following


                                              REPORT

                                            [To accompany H.R. 2440]

                              [Including cost estimate of the Congressional Budget Office]

                      The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, to whom
                    was referred the bill (H.R. 2440) to provide for the use of funds in
                    the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund for the purposes for which the
                    funds were collected and to ensure that funds credited to the Har-
                    bor Maintenance Trust Fund are used to support navigation, and
                    for other purposes, having considered the same, report favorably
                    thereon without amendment and recommend that the bill do pass.
