  The Committee on Homeland Security, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 2621) to direct the Under Secretary for Intelligence and
Analysis of the Department of Homeland Security to develop and
disseminate a threat assessment regarding terrorist use of ghost
guns, and for other purposes, having considered the same, report
favorably thereon without amendment and recommend that the bill
do pass.
