                       The  Committee   on Transportation   and Infrastructure, to whom
                     was  referred the bill (H.R. 4460) to improve  the  provision of dis-
                     aster and  mitigation assistance to eligible individuals and  house-
                     holds and  to eligible State, local, Tribal, and  territorial govern-
                     ments  and  certain private nonprofit  organizations, and  for other
                     purposes, having   considered  the same,  report  favorably  thereon
                     with an  amendment and recommend that the bill as amended do
                     pass.
