                      The Committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the
                    bill (H.R. 3309) to require the Commissioner of Social Security to
                    make publicly available online tools to allow individuals eligible for
                    disability benefits to assess the impact of earnings on the individ-
                    ual's eligibility for, and amount of, benefits received through Fed-
                    eral and State benefit programs, having considered the same, re-
                    port favorably thereon with an          amendment and recommend that
                    the bill as amended do pass.
