                       The Committee on Veterans' Affairs, to whom was referred the
                     bill (H.R. 5882) to amend the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act to
                     provide for the termination by a spouse of a lessee of certain leases
                     when the lessee dies while in military service, having considered
                     the  same, report favorably   thereon  without amendment and       rec-
                     ommend that the bill do pass.
