                       The Committee   on Energy   and Commerce,   to whom   was referred
                     the bill (H.R. 3192) to amend   title XXI of the Social Security Act
                     to ensure access  to mental  health services for children under  the
                     Children's Health Insurance  Program,   and for other purposes, hav-
                     ing considered the same,  report favorably thereon  with  an amend-
                     ment  and recommend   that the bill as amended  do pass.

                       Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:
                     SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
                     This Act may be cited as the CHIP Mental Health Parity Act.
