                       The Committee on Homeland Security, to whom was referred the
                     bill (H.R. 5079) to amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to re-
                     quire the Department of Homeland Security to develop an engage-
                     ment strategy with fusion centers, and for other purposes, having
                     considered the same, reports favorably thereon with an amendment
                     and recommends that the bill as amended do pass.

                       Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:
                     SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
                     This Act may be cited as the DHS Field Engagement Accountability Act.
