                      The Committee on Energy and Commerce, to whom was referred
                    the bill (H.R. 880) to amend the Public Health Service Act to facili-
                    tate assignment of military trauma care providers to civilian trau-
                    ma centers in order to maintain military trauma readiness and to
                    support such centers, and for other purposes, having considered the
                    same, report   favorably  thereon  with  an  amendment    and  rec-
                    ommend that the bill as amended do pass.
