                       The Committee on Veterans' Affairs, to whom was referred the
                     bill (H.R. 282) to amend the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act to au-
                     thorize spouses of servicemembers to elect to use the same resi-
                     dences as the servicemembers, having considered the same, report
                     favorably thereon without amendment and recommend that the bill
                     do pass.
