                       The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, to whom
                     was referred the bill (H.R. 654) to direct the Administrator of the
                     Federal Emergency Management Agency to carry out a plan for the
                     purchase and installation of an earthquake early warning system
                     for the Cascadia Subduction Zone, and for other purposes, having
                     considered the same, report favorably thereon with an amendment
                     and recommend that the bill as amended do pass.
