OF THE JUDICIAL CONFERENCE
OF THE UNITED STATES


March 10, 2015

                      The Judicial Conference of the United States convened in Washington,
                D.C., on March 10, 2015, pursuant to the call of the Chief Justice of the
                United States issued under 28 U.S.C. § 331. Chief Judge William B. Traxler,
                Jr., Chair of the Executive Committee of the Judicial Conference, presided
                pursuant to a delegation from the Chief Justice, and the following members of
                the Conference were present:

                      First Circuit:

                                      District of New Hampshire

                      Second Circuit:

                                Chief Judge Robert A. Katzmann
