Editorial Policy of The Bulletin

The Committee on Publications of the
Association would like to make the Bulletin
mean something in the life of the Associa-
tion and its members.
The Committee has taken the liberty of
printing in this issue the by-laws of the
Association.
The appearance and size of the Bulletin
has been changed with a view to making its
physical appearance more attractive.
Letters or articles or other contributions
on matters of interest to the bar are invited.

The Committee feels that this publication
ought to serve as a forum for the expression
of the opinion of lawyers and that this forum
should not be too limited in scope.
It is hoped that the Bulletin will be read
and that it will be regarded as the organ of
the Association and its members throughout
the County.
Comment, criticism and advice is invited,
and will be cheerfully received, by the Com-
mittee.
The Committee on Publications.
