  A word about the magazine...
We hope you recognize and appreciate the cosmetic changes we made this month in
  the BENCH & BAR.
It is our goal to publish articles on as many subjects as possible, hoping to provide
information about each member's area of practice at least once or twice a year. If
there is an area of special interest to you, here are ways you can bring about a
discussion of it in a future issue:
Write a note with the suggested topic to the Editor, 430 Marquette Avenue,
  Suite 403, Minneapolis, MN 55401.
If you know of an expert in that area of law, include his/her name.
If you have special knowledge of an area of the law, write an article and submit it.
lf you know of current events or a recent case that affect the legal profession,
drop us a note with some details.
The BENCH & BAR can best use articles when they do not exceed 12 double
spaced letter-sized pages. Cites may be included in the text or added as footnotes
  at the end.
We do not promise to publish every submission, but we will carefully review them.
  Thank you.
                                        Tim Groshens, Editor
