Pursuant to instructions fron, the Director. I can en-
closing herewith the revision of so much of P. D. No. 75
as was covered at the last conference.
Mr. Bohlon has already made is suggestions cncerning
this draft and they are incorporated herein. If you can
pencil your suggestions in the margin and return the draft
to me within the next two weeks or so, I can incorporato
them into the next mimeographed draft which we are to con-
sider ab our conference the last of May.
This material is a revision of P. D. No. 75 as far as
page 75 thereof. In other words, the material now before
you is this typewritten draft and pages 75 to the end of
P. D. No. 75.
