Torts P. Neo 63 shall be presented to the Council in December without
further scrutiny or .meeting of this group, - Mr0 Harper under Vro. Bohlengs
very slight direotion makling the changes suggested,.  As this material
will again come before the Gounoll in February, .between the. two counoil
Meetings we Might have a further meeting a to whether these changes have
been made satisfactorily to us so that in the revise we may, if we see
fit, submit a someWat changed Restatement to the Counoilo  The fact that
the whole Volume 1 vust be submitted to the Institute for final adoption
in Aril and the fact that this material was taken up by Mr. Harper Just
last spring has -madq it very diffioult to have the same extent of revision
by conferenoes that we hnve had for other material,
It is agreed that Torts P. No* 63 shall be pres.ented to the
Council in December..  If there should be any ohanges, we can have a
meeting to make thes. minor changes before the next Council Meeting In
February.
