What did intellectual property practice look like 40 years ago? A long-time
practitioner gives us a glimpse and some perspectives on the future.
Arthur H. Seidel, an intellectual property practitioner for nearly 50 years, is president
of the Philadelphia firm of Seidel, Gonda, Lavorgna & Monaco, RC. He was a member
of the Advisory Committee on the Restatement (Third) of Unfair Competition, and was
for many years Adjunct Lecturer on Intellectual Property at Temple University School of
Law.
