Jack Stutman
A member of the California State
Bar Committee on Creditor-Debtor
Rights, Mr. Stutman has served as
an author and lecturer on insolvency
planning in the California State Bar
Continuing    Education   Program.
Hubert F. Laugharn and Francis F.
Quittner are members of the Cali-
fornia Bar. John E. Mulder, the Di-
rector of the Committee of Continu-
ing Legal Education, formerly taught
bankruptcy at the University of Penn-
sylvania Law School and is a member
of the Philadelphia Bar.
Melvyn Jay Huber
A member of the New York Bar,
Mr. Huber has written and lectured
extensively on estate, trust and tax
practice. He is presently with Solo-
mon Huber Associates, a life insur-
ance organization  working   closely
with lawyers in solving estate plan-
ning problems.
Edward D. Crocker
Mr. Crocker is a member of a Cleve-
land law firm engaged principally in
trial work. He studied at Wittenberg
College and the University of Munich
in Germany, and received his law
degree from Harvard Law School.

Association of Insurance Counsel.

Leonard Sarner
Mr. Sarner experienced his funda-
mentals in taxation as a one-time
Special Assistant to the Attorney Gen-
eral in the Tax Division in the De-
partment of Justice and as a member
of the legal staff of the Tax Court.

Allen D. Choka
Mr. Choka, a frequent contributor to

Harland E. Paige
A banker, Mr. Paige is not unfamil-
